Some lovely little images

More treasures from the old hard drive.

Wedding photos

No they aren't our wedding pics! Found these while trawling the Internet, how lovely would close-ups like these be when you're in your wedding dress? LOVE THEM!

Christmas countdown....

Everyone who knows me knows that I absolutely adore Christmas and everything to do with it which is why I almost DIED when I saw these amazing decorations and stockings by EAB Designs. Check out the rest of them and loads more cute decorations at Julie's Blog here http://eabdesigns.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/07/its-christmas-in-july.html xoxo

What to wear to a wedding

I'm going to lovely Kate's wedding next week and still don't know what to wear. I'm very into anything very long and preferably very old. Roll on the WAVE Vintage fair on friday!!! Or please could someone donate any/all of the above outfits!

Inspiration

Un-earthing some random pics I love from the depths of my old dead laptop. Only took me about 6 months to work out how to transfer the hard drive. And when I say 'me' I mean 'my mom' as me and technology are not friends.

Coco & T in reFRESH Magazine!

Yum Yum- more recipes that we did for reFRESH Magazine!

Coming soon....

Laura brought back a 1 kilo bag of these from her trip to USA!!! Regular Peanut M&Ms are good... but these are phenomenal. Stay tuned for recipes. We are thinking cookies, brownies, cupcakes... anything really!

What a coincidence. Just like the two of us, M&Ms are also 'Always Fun'.

DIY Tutorial- Tissue Paper Pom Poms

First get 10 sheets of tissue. Ours is 20" X 30". Fold 1.5" sections in concertina folds (like you are making a fan).
Then get some florist wire and wrap it twice around the middle to secure it. You might want to add some ribbon if you are hanging them at this point. Then using some scissors cut some 'petal' shapes on each end.
Now GENTLY pull the outside corners into the middle. Do this with each layer and very shortly....
You have your finished pom pom!!! Lovely!

Happy Birthday Lisa!

We are doing a yellow and white themed birthday for our pal Lisa on Saturady. Currently making about 60 meters of bunting and some gorge yellow pom poms! Cannot wait!

K & J

Doing wedding planning for lovely Kate & Jack. We've decided on lots of twinklies, jam jar lights, tissue pom-poms and some other extra-special touches. And of course they want red velvet cupcakes. Probably the most memorable meeting I have (and ever will have) as when I asked Jack to see the ring, he dropped it and we thought it was gone forever. After taking up the decking of The Old Rec with two screwdrivers. Then I saw it glinting in between the slats of the picnic table! Never needed a glass of wine so much in my entire life!

Dolly

Recently I have only really been listening to Dolly. I love her! Laura is out the office so I can just put her on repeat all day. I have probably listened to this 237082735 times in the last week.

Fresh from the garden.

Some peonies and daisies pinched from the garden today. I love fresh cut flowers in jam jars way more than any expensive bouquet!

That's sooooo Coco & T!

We headed over to Bewdley for some Come Dine with Me fun and spotted some things that were just soooo Coco & T! First was this adorable turquoise door that we simply had to pose in front of, then we spotted these cute things in a shop window... unfortunately it was closed so we couldn't raid it!
